The role

You will lead and supervise dynamic on-site installation teams, whether they belong to Cellnex or are third parties instructed by the client, during the delivery of advanced DAS and Neutral Host installations.

Your extensive technical expertise will shine as you guide every step of the installation process, from design to the operational systems at customer sites. Not only will you be a key player in these installations, but you'll also lend your expertise to the Support & Maintenance team with 2nd and 3rd line remote or onsite assistance.

You'll deliver detailed resolutions and document best practices, ensuring high standards and innovative solutions. Are you ready to make an impact and drive excellence in engineering and telecoms?

Key Responsibilities
* Working hand-in-hand with the Project Manager, manage and co-ordinate on site logistics and oversee installation of In-Building Mobile Coverage Solutions.
* Fully understand the project and customer requirements in order to communicate to the Install Team or Design Teams.
* Organise the appropriate site inductions for all planned resources, along with surveying and documenting site requirements and logistics.
* Arrange access to site with on-site contacts, with continued liaison with the on-site contacts for the duration of the project.
* Update and brief the Procurement and In-Building teams on works and requirements, Bill of Materials, Stock Release, Delivery arrangements.
* Own the delivery of the scope of work to ensure the project is delivered on schedule per the Project Manager's requirements.
* Advise and update the In-Building Design Team and 'Installations Team' regarding completion of works, scheduling of future works, via Microsoft scheduler.

Experience
* RF Awareness / DAS Installation
* ECS /CSCS Card
* Working at Heights
* Electrical Foundations desirable but not essential
* Project Coordination skills
* Building and Installation skills
* Fibre and Coaxial cable experience.
