Our E-Commerce / Retail team has a mission of creating value to PPD and increasing our market share by seizing opportunities in E-commerce / Retail to maximise recruitment of new consumers to PPD brands.

As a O+O Key Account Manager, you will:
* Manage the commercial relationships and business growth of selected key clients portfolio, being their single main point of contact
* Identify trends and opportunities for business growth O+O and implement action plans
* Develop business plans, set goals and KPIs (sell out & turnover, MS, SIT) for each partner by channel
* Prepare and execute, in collaboration with Channel Manager and brands, activation plan for clients (O+O) with the goal to boost Sell Out
* Maximise efficiency of customer investments (media, sampling, promo, other active investments)
* Supports account growth online by continuous site optimisation and UX/UY improvements to maximise conversions
* Potentialise specific sales events, starify our brands and improve sales performance
* Analyse and interpret clients´data to follow up performance of activations, to identify business opportunities
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, market insighits, client's challenges to internal stakeholders.
* Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
* Assure client´s sustainable growth using relevant trade terms, compliant with PPD trade policy
* Lead and negotiates annual agreements with partners, covering their business channels (O+O)
* Collaborate across Teams to drive best-in class and customer-centric activation plans
* Contribute to european ecom PPD community with best practices and insight sharing

You are an ideal candidate if you have / are:
* University degree, min. 2 years of sales experience (preferably in FMCG, E-commerce, category management, KAM accounts).
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify client challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive business growth.
* Effective Communication (written and verbal): Clearly articulating complex information, presenting proposals, and addressing client concerns in a professional and persuasive manner.
* Building Strong Client Relationships: Developing rapport, trust, and open communication channels with key decision-makers at the client's organization.
* Collaboration and Teamwork: Working effectively with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce strategies.
* Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills.
* Data Analysis & Interpretation skills
* E-commerce Expertise.
* Growth mindset & Adaptability & Learning Agility.
* Speak fluent English (can hold business meetings)
