A Day in the Life
An opportunity for a junior professional interested in Agile methods, data analytics, pricing and contracting. Global Pricing & Contracting Insights & Analytics team is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive colleague to support the teams' agile journey, as well as key activities related to product development in the analytics space.
We are looking for someone passionate about agility and Scrum, keen to learn new things, and who enjoys both communication and routine activities. The ideal candidate should have an excellent sense of ownership, attention to detail and desire to drive continuous improvement in current team processes.
The Junior Agile Deployment Analyst role offers a wide range of opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge, innovate, and gain experience in setting up and administering operational mechanisms in large companies. Roles assumes both : administrative tasks execution in Azure Dev ops, creation of documentation, as well communication and supporting Product Owners within their scope, supporting agility deployment and continuous improvement culture within the team.

Role is a Maternity cover 1 year contract with possibility of extension/development within the team. Prescence in the Prague office will be required on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Manage Azure DevOps for the team to ensure all user stories (requests) are properly assigned with complete and accurate information. Ensure that team members update the capacity planning metrics.
* Grow the team's maturity in applying agile principles by supporting the deployment of standard operating mechanism. Ensure that regular team ceremonies are held, the format is maintained, and actions are logged in Azure DevOps.
* Lead the setup of task tracking by the team in Azure DevOps, follow up with the team members on open items, administration of the tool and checking project structure set up. Create training materials and train new team members on the tool.
* Support Product owners and Project leads with completeness of project documentation.
* Manage the shared mailbox task assignment process and user stories creation in Azure DevOps. Maintain and update the PowerBI Team Capacity and Project Tracking dashboard. Maintain the SharePoint site with the products relates content.
* Monitor requests resolution against SLAs and develop relevant KPIs to track the closure and progress of requests. Own updates to the respective dashboards.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
* Ability to plan and organize the priorities and workload.
* Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Outlook for daily work.
* Ability to own assigned tasks, ensure tasks are delivered as per requirements and respecting deadlines.
* Interest in analytics products, pricing and contracting; basic knowledge of Agile methodologies/SCRUM framework.
* Excellent communication skills and very good attention to details.
* Fluent English (You will be expected to produce process and tools documentation in English, our team is international and 99% of communication is in English)
