About the Role:
As a Dispenser Contract Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Specialists in Europe who provide and administer dispenser contracts for end customers and distribution partners to allow dispensers to be placed. You will be reporting to the Contracts Support Manager.

What You Will Do:
* Supervises the day-to-day activities of the dispenser contracts team
* Monitors volumes, status and progress
* 1st line escalation of any dispenser contract issues and queries from customers, Regional Customer facing managers and Sales
* Responsible for continuous improvement of dispenser contract handling
* Standardize and professionalize responses to customer dispenser contract information requests
* Define the priorities and targets for team (in line with global template)
* Lead the proactive resolution of urgent topics and supports team with operational duties where required
* Ensure the right completion due dates and SLA adherence to deliver an excellent customer experience
* Secure close relationship with neighboring functions to ensure the right escalations and on time resolution of customer requests
* Actively work to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency of team

Who You Are:
* You have min. bachelor's degree
* You have at least 2 years of experience in managing teams
* You are great communicator in English (C1) - must have
* You are skilled at anticipating and resolving problems, managing multiple priorities
* You enjoy creating great experiences for the customers
* You are great communicator
* You have knowledge and understanding of dispenser contracts handling
* Experience with working in SAP, CRM or similar ERP systems would be an added value
