About this opportunity:
Join us at Ericsson as part of our Field Services team where you play a crucial role in supporting service functions in Operations and Engineering.
What you will do:
* Executing the daily work in the team at the request
* Cooperation with the internal departments of the company
* Communication and cooperation with the customer, suppliers and 3PP`s
* Solving technical problems, including proposals
* Allocating work according to KPI
* Solving customer/RUN incidents with customer/NOC cooperation
* Cooperation and analysis of problems and incidents
* Participation in the elimination of technical issues in the telecommunication network
* Field-work
* Execute on-call duty within a defined range following the schedule.
* Work overtime if necessary to ensure the operation of the network.
* Perform other tasks within the defined scope.
The skills you bring:
* Practical experience with work in the field for CORE,RAN, FO min. 3 years
* Ability to identify risks and propose solutions
* Reliability, Analytical skills and attention to detail
* Independence and responsibility
* Ability to work in a team
* Sharing knowledge with team members attitude
* Driving license cat. B
* Electricity certificate SEP 1kV E/D or ability to collect it
* Ability to work at high (>3m)
* Work with PC: MS Office, ARS, IFS
* English language - A2
