Working Student Customer Care (m/f/d)

JOIN OUR TEAM
As a Working Student Customer Care, you will be the first point of contact for front office enquiries, assisting with financial matters for our clients across 12 European markets. The position is unlimited and is located in Warsaw.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* managing and creating invoices for international customers mostly DACH and PL
* creating tickets regarding failed payments/missing invoice's for tech team
* handling front office requests regarding refunds/invoices/discount vouchers
* work on processes related to handling refunds and invoices for customers

YOU COME WITH

* excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams professionally
* ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
* attention to detail
* customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem resolution
* fluency in English (knowledge of German or Polish is a plus)
