As a Management Consultant to Energy, Utilities and Renewables Industry you will be a part of a vibrant work environment where you will be responsible of solving complex problems, while constantly aspiring to develop your professional and interpersonal skills.
In this role you will lead project workstreams and provide strategic recommendations to our clients, manage project timelines and resources effectively as well as develop and deliver high-quality presentations.
Typical projects could be:
- Analyze a renewable energy company's current digital landscape and portfolio (both tools and capabilities), assess the gap to leading industry players, and consequently develop digital roadmap recommendations with execution strategies.
- Conduct a comprehensive market analysis and develop a market entry strategy for a client looking to expand into a new geographic region and/or industry segment.

We believe you have
* a Master's degree with strong academic results in a relevant field, e.g. finance, social economics, change management, business, leadership and administration, mathematics, information technology or other relevant areas
* 2-5 years of experience in consulting type of work connected to technology advisory or management/strategy consulting, or relevant experience from the Energy, Utilities and Renewables industries working with the digital agenda
* a commercial mindset and can identify and pursue new business opportunities together with other Accenture Managers/Senior Managers
* used to collaborating in diverse project teams and can work creatively in a problem-solving environment
* can communicate effectively and can put ideas and findings into the right context and to the right audience, both written and verbally (English and a Scandinavian language)
* you are value obsessed, technologically savvy, customer-centric, with focus on change managemet and enjoy working in the interface between technology and business with Digital Transformation projects
The position will report to the Nordic Energy Industry Lead Managing Director and workplace is Oslo/ Stavanger, Norway. Interested?
