At our business group 'Generation & Transmission' this means designing and fabrication the worlds' best High Voltage cable systems. We deliver EPCI turnkey projects anywhere in the world. This means we have the best tools, equipment and people with competence and skillset to install and service those cables. WELCOMING YOU TO THE TEAM The Project Execution Section is a diverse and multicultural team with approx 130 team members located in Oslo, Halden and Paris. The project execution section is organized in five project portfolios, each headed by a project portfolio director. The portfolios are responsible for execution of the turnkey and offshore projects within the business group. The workplace is in Oslo and you will be reporting to the Project Portfolio Director. GETTING A FLYING START To succeed as Project Assistant you have relevant education and experience in performing administrative tasks in project organizations and / or line organizations. You have preferably several years of experience - however, the most important for this position is your curiosity, your mindset and your eager to learn. You are accountable and reliable, you are self-driven and proactive, you have excellent communication- and co-operation skills, you are structured and organized, you are fluent in English and you are confident being exposed to higher management. You can work independently and you can seek relevant information from others to perform your own tasks. HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT You will work in a Project assisting the Project Management Office with development and administrative tasks such as; develop and maintain systems and guidelines for project management, improvement work related to project model and project execution, internal improvement projects, create templates and standardize tools for use in projects. Profil requis du candidat:

Relevant education Advanced user of Office applications including Excel and Power BI In Nexans we work in teams and are driven by project execution therefore being pro-active, reliable, precise and high commitment to deadlines is of upmost importance.
