Description and Requirements

Essential Requirements:
* A strong foundation in Java and proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming principles.
* Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
* Familiarity with popular frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, and MyBatis.
* Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and the ability to write and optimize SQL queries.
* Knowledge of multi-threaded programming and common design patterns.
* Understanding of middleware technologies such as Redis and Kafka.
* Excellent learning ability and a collaborative mindset for teamwork.
* A passion for technology and a commitment to producing high-quality code.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience through projects or internships in software development.
* Familiarity with the Linux operating system.
* Contributions to open-source projects.
* Basic understanding of generative AI and its practical applications.
