Your Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and problem-solving driven HRIS Specialist for the Headquarters HR Team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support for the HR information systems, including collecting, analyzing, and compiling reports, managing vendors and troubleshooting issues in alignment with (COMPANY NAME) Digital Transformation strategy. You will be the main player driving the digitalization of HR at (COMPANY NAME).
Your Impact
* Contribute to the development and optimization of HR information systems, focusing on improving efficiency and user experience.
* Design, prepare, and maintain statistical summaries, real-time dashboards, and reports for workforce planning, payroll, recruiting, performance management, and employee data at a global level.
* Manage system permissions, profiles, and hierarchies (SAP, Salesforce, SuccessFactors), ensuring timely and accurate uploads as a Super User.
* Produce and submit employees' information for decision-making and employment-related needs, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
* Develop and maintain predictive dashboards to support real-time workforce planning and HR metrics analysis.
* Implement data cleansing processes to ensure the accuracy of workforce planning and reporting outputs.
* Coordinate weekly meetings to share key information, supporting business, HR, and IT decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies, maintaining and processing HR data and KPIs to monitor business performance.
* Collaborate with IT and HR to design, troubleshoot, and upgrade HRIS system capabilities, ensuring future scalability and optimal user experience.
* Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and business functions, assisting in the analysis of business processes to identify improvement opportunities and reduce manual efforts.

What you should bring:
* 2-5 years' experience
* Excellent command of the SuccessFactors suite
* Knowledge of Digital and IT tools
* Knowledge of ERP systems and database functionalities
* Experience in Project management (methodologies and tools)
* Efficient, consistent, detail-oriented hard worker
* Ability to work in a team and be held accountable
* Expert in Excel
* Knowledge of SAP S4/Hana Architecture
* Fluency in English
