Job Description:
The V-BAT Customer Accounts Training Manager supervises the customer training team and is one of SAI's primary stakeholders for operator training, standards, and curriculum. They manage training event execution worldwide and must possess detailed knowledge of UAS training requirements, proficiency standards, and airworthiness policies. The Customer Accounts Training Manager supervises the creation and publication of official training documentation catered to specific customer and contractual requirements and they communicate that documentation directly to the customer as needed.​

What You'll Do:

* Track and manage CONUS and OCONUS Instructor obligations across numerous obligations.
* Mentor and develop VBAT Instructors.
* Serve as a primary touchpoint cross-functionally between the instructor roster and customers.

Required Qualifications:

* Experience as an Instructor

Preferred Qualifications:

* VBAT Operator qualified
* UAS Instructor experience
* UAS Pilot Industry Experience
* Deployed operational UAS experience

Total package details:
Regular employee positions: Salary within range listed above + Bonus + Benefits + Equity
Temporary employee positions: Hourly within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment)
