If the company does not have any active offers, or any offers that match your interests, you can still try to apply by sending a spontaneous application.
For a spontaneous application to be successful, it must stand out from the crowd by conveying a strong personal motivation. If you happen to arrive at the right time, you have a good chance of getting called.
So here are some tips:
- Show genuine interest. Either it is a company that has interested you for a long time and you will have to convey this, or you must act as if. You will have to find out about the company, its history, its activity and the profiles they are looking for.
- Make the application more concrete by choosing a title; then in your cover letter, explain the reasons why you are the ideal person for the position.
- You can also, at the end of the letter, explain that you are also open to other missions.
Focus on a limited number of companies and do research on Google, Linkedin or iAgora, show your exceptional motivation.
