Broadpeak designs video delivery softwares for Content Providers and Network Service Providers deploying IPTV, Cable, Satellite, OTT and mobile services. We supports all of our customers worldwide, from simple installations to large delivery systems reaching capacities of several million of simultaneous streams (sport games/series/movies).

Main missions: We are looking for our next EMEA Support colleague who will bring his technical expertise and customer experience to the team. This technical role is central in our organization as it recquires close liaison with Broadpeak internal engineering specialists. Position based in Dubai. Who you will work with? A great Team of 10 men and women engineers who care about each other and will always give a hand to their teammates to solve problems. What will my day be like? Customer Care missions -You will provide telephone and email post sales support to our customers :Telecom Operators and Broadcasters. -You will be the main customer representative internally and the main contact of your dedicated customers. -You will sustain a trusted partnership by holding regular/weekly meetings as well as ensure the compliance SLA commitments in terms of response time. Continuous improvement missions -You will use your technical skills to perform regular preventive maintenance tasks and propose performance improvements. -Manage on site installations, commissioning and training services upon request. -Report as well as track bugs and maintenance problems

Profil requis du candidat:

Hold a computer networking, ICT or technical related field diploma or degree. Have a least 1 year of international customer facing experience in a software company. Skills in linux environnement and servers. Solid understanding of system and storage architecture as well as IP networks. Full profesional English, French would be a plus for this role.
