About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager who will play a critical role within Cyprus sales team and pro-actively generate sales by working with Viva.com's existing customer base to increase our product & service footprint, retain customers looking to close their account and reignite sales activity.
As an Account Manager, you will work with the wider sales, customer services and technical teams to execute sales strategies, engage with customers, promote Viva.com full range of services, identify customer needs, negotiate best outcomes for both Viva.com and the customer and close deals.
Responsibilities
* Work with existing Viva.com customers to develop and execute sales strategies to expand Viva.com's revenue;
* Make a positive and compelling presentation of the products and services driven by your in-depth understanding of the market and the product, services features and advantages for the specific prospect;
* Identify customers with declining revenue trends, account closure notifications or dormant accounts;
* Develop relationships with decision makers within your book of business;
* Be responsible for account mapping and coordinating effective meetings with the appropriate external decision makers expanding the customer relationship;
* Ensure permanent presence on the market and positive image of the offers of Viva.com;
* Own the full sales cycle covering account development, deal structuring and negotiating to close the sale.

Profil requis du candidat:
To be considered you should have:
* Possess a proven record of accomplishment of achieving sales targets;
* Experience in the Payment Industry is a plus;
* The Account Manager is expected to commute by car to client meetings for various purposes, including presentations of new products or features, POS replacement, and specific tests that need to be performed for existing clients;
* Strong presentation skills, particularly for phone or video meetings, are required;
* Be able to identify customer technical and commercial requirements to craft solutions;
* Be a confident negotiator to achieve win-win commercial agreements and close sales;
* Possesses collaboration skills, able to work with a wide range of people to get stuff done;
* Hold a strong interest in technology, with the desire to become a payments subject matter expert;
* Professional use of English
