IN A NUTSHELL

In this role, you'll focus on developing ideas that could resonate globally, as well as having a specific focus on the following European markets - DACH, Nordics, France, Italy. As an expert on the current media landscape in these markets, you'll develop and consult with (COMPANY NAME)'s in-country content leads.

DEVELOPMENT

In this role, you'll leverage your deep understanding of the current global streaming and broadcast market to determine how (COMPANY NAME) can best integrate into it. You'll utilize your experience in developing and producing series and films that align with our brand ethos and subjects, consistently generating a slate of ideas throughout the year. These ideas will be crafted to meet the needs and strategy of the appropriate (COMPANY NAME) market, and you must be prepared to let go of even your best concepts if they don't resonate with market demands. Additionally, you'll consult on long-form factual entertainment ideas and documentaries proposed by teams in various countries. As part of the Global Development team, you'll support (COMPANY NAME)'s key markets in developing innovative ideas and content.

In this role, you will develop an impressive network of global creative talent, with a particular focus on cultivating connections in Europe, including the DACH region, the Nordics, France, and Italy. You will achieve a strong track record of success by collaborating with broadcasters and streamers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content and innovative projects that resonate with diverse audiences.

CONSULTING

In this role, you'll effectively manage junior researchers, senior stakeholders, and external production partner relationships. You'll balance innovative creative thinking with strategic planning, developing original formats and ideas for (COMPANY NAME) market offerings or responding to development briefs from the market. You'll confidently share your ideas in front of multiple stakeholders, showcasing your ability to communicate and collaborate effectively to drive project success.
