Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Talent & Organization Development Coordinator's missions:

* Talent and Organizational development: preparation of the annual People Review, encourage and support managers in creating development action plans for their teams and actively follow-up
* Training management: managing employee training registrations, coordinating training plans for the various R&D sites in Europe
* Recruitment & Onboarding: participation in the VIE recruitment, integration process and coordination of the global VIE R&D community
* HR communication: devising a communication plan, creating visual content, coordinate the launch of communications with the various stakeholders
