The Italian Local Transfer Agent's (LTA) main responsibilities are the following ones: * Look after to the administrative activities relating to subscriptions, redemptions and switch orders received by the Distributors appointed in Italy by a Management Company that promotes a foreign Fund in Italy * Send the orders to the foreign Transfer Agents based in Luxembourg, Ireland, France, Malta, etc. * Intermediate the Payments related to subscriptions, redemptions and dividends from/to the Distributors and from/to the Transfer Agents * Calculate the withholding tax on capital gain * Manage portfolios transfers between Distributors * Send to Investors notice calling for general and extraordinary meetings (proxy voting forms management) and any other document the Company requests the investors to provide with The same transfer agent activities are carried out also for Institutional Client under the Order Routing service perimeter (RTO) for UCITS and AIF Funds. You will assist the Head of Fund Order Processing in the short period and have autonomy in the medium-long period on: 1) Managing the orders received from domestic banks in foreign mutual funds 2) Following up the correct deals of the orders to the relative transfer agent in order to process it correctly 3) Monitoring and analysis of the accounting impact of such operations on cash account of SICAV 4) Recovering all operations not automatically loaded from the procedure, providing the partial or total rejection of operations (after notification to Clients). 5) Recording requests about refunds, subscriptions, switches, received from Clients 6) Realizing the reconciliation of accounts inflows/refunds and BOE of each SICAV or OICR 7) Sending the operations executed to the counterpart

Profil requis du candidat:

Studies & experience: - Graduate with a Master's degree from a Business School or University with a specialization in Economics Language skills: - Fluent in English - Elementary Italian (A2/B1 level) is preferable Technical, operational & soft skills: - Basic knowledge of Investment Funds - Intermediate level in Excel - Elementary level in Access - Team Spirit - Accountability - Risk awareness - Client focus
