Your mission, roles and responsibilities
* Déployer la politique VIE au sein de la Division : recueil des besoins auprès des managers, recrutement, intégration et suivi des missions
* Supporter le Responsable de Gestion des Carrières dans les processus annuels de Développement Ressources Humaines (plan de développement individuel, gestion de la performance, suivi des objectifs…)
* Préparer et participer aux réunions People Review avec les managers, préparation des présentations, mise en place et suivi des plans d'action de développement des talents
* Suivre, coordonner et consolider le plan de recrutement sur un périmètre international en collaboration avec le contrôleur de gestion social de la Division
* Suivre, coordonner et consolider le plan de formation sur un périmètre international en collaboration avec les coordinateurs formation pays
Your profile and competencies to succeed
* Formation niveau BAC +5 en Ressources Humaines
* Contrat en alternance d'une durée de 2 années
* Rythme d'alternance souhaité : 1 semaine école, 3 semaines entreprise
* Poste à pourvoir à partir de septembre 2025
* Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais
* Maîtrise du pack Office et plus particulièrement Excel et PowerPoint
* Capacité à travailler en équipe, proactivité, curiosité et orientation vers le résultat
