To boost our growth, we're looking for a motivated and analytical VIE to optimize our cost and margin structure-a key role in improving our profitability.

💼 Your Mission
As an Industrial Cost Controller, your goal will be to analyze and optimize production costs while working closely with different departments to drive efficiency. Your key responsibilities:
🔹 Optimize production cost models by incorporating fixed & variable costs
🔹 Implement the cost model into our ERP (SAGE)
🔹 Analyze monthly costs and variances together with the production team to define actions plan
🔹 Establish reporting tools for cost of sales & operational expenses
🔹 Train finance teams and stakeholders on newly developed tools
🔹 Support annual budgets & forecasts
💡 You'll work closely with Lesaffre's Corporate Cost Controlling team, the local finance team, procurement, and operations to align on best practices.

🎯 Your Profile 🔍 Who are we looking for?
🎓 Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
📊 First experience in Financial Control, Reporting, or Cost Analysis (internship or job)
🗣 Fluent in English (French is a plus!)
🧠 Strong analytical mindset & ability to interpret complex data
💻 Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, formulas, data visualization)
🏭 Interest in operational & industrial process flows
🚀 Fast learner, proactive & well-organized
💡 Knowledge of SAGE ERP? Even better!
