90 Culture – What to expect when you meet a 90’er:
We’re a tight group of smart creatives who love digital and happen to work on lots of different things.
Clients tell us were very straight talking. It comes from a core set of beliefs around efficiency, transparency and honesty.
We do ‘point to point’ communication with each other and our clients. Whoever knows the answer does the talking. It makes everything more efficient.
Since transparency is core to us, we share all your files and documentation with you. It’s yours after all.
We have a mantra: ‘keep promises we make’, for ourselves and you the client.
We really care about our open ‘start up’ culture, so we keep 90 Digital as flat as possible. That’s why we’re a very agile business.
Culture (Work Reinvented)
Having three different offices each focusing on particular areas, of course there’s going to be a divergence in culture.
London (Digtial PR/SEO): a very non-traditional structure with a heavy focus on distributed workforce.
Leeds (outreach/certain types of content) : a more traditional office-based structure with a smaller waiting towards distributed workforce.
Gujarat, India (web development) : a very traditional office-based structure with no distributed workforce.
Our greatest challenge is to attract the best and brightest people possible to work with us, especially around SEO and digital PR. That’s why 90’ers have ‘reinvented work’ in the way they collectively want it to be. And the smart creatives culture is markedly different from everything else in the business.
So if you’re a smart creative working on the SEO or digital PR side, this next part applies to you:
Philosophy:
90’ers work ‘with’ each other, not ‘for’ anyone. Likewise we work ‘with’ clients, not ‘for’ clients.
