The Talent Acquisition Advisory Team within Human Resources is dedicated to sourcing, attracting, and securing top talent for the Bank. Our primary goal is to build a diverse and skilled workforce that aligns with our company's vision and values.
As the HR Specialist managing Internships, you will will play a crucial role in programme development, strategic outreach and talent identification related to the recruitment and selection of interns.
Requirements
* Develop and implement innovative strategies to connect with universities and actively participates in career fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and attract top talent.
* Leverage on social media, online job boards, and talent pipelines to reach a diverse pool of applicants.
* Manage the end to end recruitment process of the programme.
* Responsible for designing and managing internships programme.
* Collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for attracting top talent for internship positions.
* Conduct research on industry best practices for internship hiring and make recommendations for process improvements.
* Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
Qualifications
* A self-starter mindset with strong leadership qualities
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing candidate information.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the team
