What you will do:
* Assist in researching potential business opportunities in the Cruise, Car Services, and F&B sectors to evaluate and prioritize new business leads
* Onboard new travel products - this can range from cruises, car services and F&B
* Update and manage existing travel products - with critical schedule and inventory information as the needs of our partners adapt
* Prepare pitch materials, proposals, and presentations for potential partners
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas
* Work with internal teams (Business Development, Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
* Support in maintaining relationships with current partners by addressing their needs and ensuring mutual growth.
* Assist in managing contracts, invoices, and administrative tasks related to merchants
* Assist in various vertical related projects where applicable, including formulating a project plan, execution of the project and post project reporting/analysis.
* Track the performance of partnerships through reporting and analytics.

What you will need:
* Effective communicator to share and receive key information with the ability to build relationships with key contacts across the company
* Attention to detail, organised and meticulously motivated to prioritise tasks on hand and to improve (COMPANY NAME) merchant experience
* Work proactively and well both independently, and in teams
* A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required.
* Familiarity with content management systems, data entry, customer service experience would be plus
* Work experience in a multicultural, cross-functional, or start-up environment would be a plus
