Job Description

Responsibilities

* Assist to manage the day-to-day operation of the mall (Cleaning, M&E, Fire Safety, Car Park etc)
* Prepare technical specification to Request for Quotation for Repair & Maintenance works
* Assist with Tenancy fitting out / reinstatement works
* Filing and documentation to comply with ISO 9001 and Capex works
* Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

* Preferred studies in Facilities management or any other related disciplines.
* Possess basic Facilities Management knowledge
* Basic M&E knowledge
* Detail oriented and Meticulous
* Proficient with Microsoft office
