We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Leasing Intern to join our dynamic commercial real estate team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the retail leasing sector and learn from industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist leasing agents in preparing market research and property analyses
* Help create and update property marketing materials
* Contribute to the maintenance of property and tenant databases
* Support the team in organizing and attending property tours
* Assist in drafting lease proposals and letters of intent
* Conduct market surveys and competitive analyses
* Help prepare financial models and lease abstracts
* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas
* Assist with administrative tasks related to the leasing process
* Shadow experienced leasing professionals during client interactions

Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field
* Strong interest in commercial real estate, particularly retail leasing
* Excellent analytical and research skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Basic understanding of financial concepts
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous internship or work experience in real estate or a related field
* Familiarity with commercial real estate software (e.g., CoStar, Argus)
* Knowledge of local retail market trends and dynamics Experience with data visualization tools
