Internship - Quality Management System

Descripción del puesto:

The student, as part of the BE QM QMS team and under the guidance of an assigned mentor, will undertake projects or tasks to work on improvements or enhancement to quality improvement initiatives, data analytics, reporting, systems, tools and methods.
In your new role you will:

* Setup tools (e.g. excel macro, tableau) to enable fast data extraction, analysis and display of information to support NLoZD improvement projects and QM tools enhancement
* Support managers and engineers to clean up data, provide analysis and structuring of reports
* Update QM homepage, respective linkages and improve look & feel
* Assist project managers in keeping track of performance indicators and action plan
* Attend e-learning sessions on key QM tools
Internship learning outcomes:

* Gain understanding of quality business processes, tools and methods and apply them in real working life
* Acquire knowledge on digitalization and apply them to improve work efficiency
* Develop project management skills by actively participating in project planning, execution, monitoring and review
* Learn problem solving skills using respective tools and effective quality performance reporting

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:
* Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Automation, Quality Management or Manufacturing
* Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, while being self-motivated and working under minimal supervision
* Additional skills in data analytics, website design tools, software coding
* Good communication and reporting skills
