You have a unique opportunity to apply for a full-time internship as an Associate Consultant in the UK, becoming a part of our dynamic organization.

What You'll Do

Actively participate in issue identification within your workstream and drive problem-solving processes with senior colleagues as required.

* Show a basic understanding of strategic operation processes, tools, and concepts.

* Interact with clients as required.

* Show strong personal drive and take process ownership of your work by scoping your own time and meeting deadlines.

* Take ownership of personal development, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to build personal skills and brand.

* Practice decision-making regarding your own work and respond positively to feedback by understanding oneself to set and achieve own goals.

* Learn the fundamentals to thrive as a consultant, for example, communication, Excel, PowerPoint, and Alteryx.

Who You Are

* Penultimate Year Student working towards a 2:1 in any degree subject.

* Interested in Procurement/Supply Chain topics.

* Excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking, creative in problem-solving.

* Great personal and interpersonal attributes (e.g., results-oriented and a performance-oriented work style, creativity, entrepreneurial qualities).

* Ambitious, motivated, high-energy personality with a collaborative working style.

* Excellent communication skills.

Recruitment Process

* Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis. Successful Candidates who pass initial 1st round interviews will be invited to an assessment Centre early 2025 to join us for 6 weeks in summer 2025.
