People Services & Operations (incl.Payroll) includes roles working across multiple advisory & administration areas deployed for established HR solutions. Responsibilities include: employment matters; personnel records administration; statistical reporting; rewards program deployment; payroll delivery and compliance; people service support provision; automation of workflows.
We are looking for an entry-level professional who will primarily support others by performing administrative and operational tasks. It is expected to perform work that is based on routines and any new knowledge will generally be acquired through short explanations and simple instructions.
The job requires little or no prior work experience within the functional area and the colleague is not expected to exercise independent judgment. Works under close supervision.
Key responsibilities:
* Contribute to accuracy of HR data quality
* Perform/complete transactions in Workday
* Prepare and handle HR documentation
* Execute required uploads/changes in the system
* Collaborate with HR Tech teams for system improvements
* Prepare and analise reports on HR data
Scope:
- Europe - various countries
As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:
* A degree in Human Resources or similar and knowledge of HR concepts and labour law are a strong plus;
* Previous professional experience will be valued;
* Experience working with HR systems, preferably Workday, would be an asset;
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to manage conflict, and attention to detail;
* Drive to identify needs, investigate options, seek solutions and partner with other HR colleagues to resolve issues;
* Ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment;
* Ability to be an engaged member of a virtual team;
* Closure orientation and low tolerance for delays and deviations;
* Fluent in English
