The Intern - Pall O2C Collection is responsible for support the Collection team
* Following up on Outstanding and Past due.
* Sending statement of account and reminders to customer.
* Manage customer respond in daily operation.

This position is part of the Pall - O2C Collection Team and will be located in PJ Selangor - Onsite. Vision of Collection team is to ensure deliverables of monthly global DSO, Cash target and Past due Improvement.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Learning on Collections Process.
* The action supporting the team KPIs - DSO, Collection and Past Due targets
* Respond to customer queries.
* Dispute resolution.

The essential requirements of the job include:
* Undergraduate of Degree in Accounting
