YOUR ROLE
* To support Advance Lab engineer on department activities and projects
* Learn about Advance Lab Packaging procedures and SOP
* Learn on how to troubleshoot in systematic approach

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology, Material science) or equivalent.
* Preferably internship duration of 6 months or above.
* Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
* Fluent in English communication
* Minimum CGPA > 3.2 above
