Intern (UPE)

Descripción del puesto:

In your new role you will:

* Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process (Silicon Epitaxy)
* Work as a team between Manufacturing / MNT / UPE / LBS / Technology / Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line disruptions.
* Support tool installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow.
* Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management.
* Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools.
* Manage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP)
* Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

* An undergraduate with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemistry or any equivalent Science field.
* Demonstrable ability related to math and engineering principles.
* Excellent data analytical and engineering problem-solving
* Knowledge in thermodynamics / statistic is an added advantage.
* Good analytical and data analysis skills.
* Strong communication skills, Self-motivated and good team player.
* Innovative and can work independently to drive technical projects.
* Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
