Position Description
Intern would be working together with the team for the following roles:
-IT Desktop Support

Your future duties and responsibilities:

* Install and configure software and hardware
* Manage network servers and technology tools
* Set up accounts and workstations
* Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
* Troubleshoot issues and outages
* Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
* Upgrade systems with new releases and models
* Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

* Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
* able to commit for 6-month internship and based in the office
* Good analytical skills and able to work independently
* A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated and passion for technology innovation
* IT Skills: MySQL, Microsoft SQL
