Your mission: People, Experience and Change is a community of experts whose capabilities are focused on addressing people related challenges within (the employees) and outside (the clients) of any type of organisation across any industry.

As such, our Workforce Analytics & Strategy team (part of the People, Experience and Change community), is currently supporting an European Institution with a large public policy and technical assistance project. Our mission is to help EU Member States and regions to mitigate the challenges associated with the decline of their tertiary educated population and develop knowledge and strategies to better attract and retain talent (human capital).

As an intern in our team, you will be contributing particularly to the above described public policy project but might occasionally contribute to other project work or business development activities.

Be a part of our team where you will:

* Desk research and data analysis linked to the topic of harnessing talent in the EU.
* Development of presentations, website content, short papers.
* Support with the preparation of surveys and interviews.
* Design of communications materials (emails, newsletters, social media, etc.).
* Support the organisation and management of events (logistics, travel, reimbursement of participants & speakers).
* Document/knowledge management.
* Assistance in the preparation and implementation of client meetings and workshops.

Let's talk about you. If you have/are …

* Taking a gap year or you are in your final year of a Masters degree specialising in any of the relevant fields: economics, finance, public policy, international relations, European studies, business administration and management, law, or related subjects.
* Looking for a 6-month internship.
* Interested in working on consulting projects within the public sector (experience from consulting or public sector organisations from previous internships is considered an asset);
* Native or advanced level of English; other languages will be considered an asset;
* Expertise in working autonomously and managing priorities;
* Good interpersonal and professional communication skills.
