About Internship,(COMPANY NAME) Live Japan
The livestream industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become the next growth driver for (COMPANY NAME) global business. It also brings great joy to users globally and it creates a new channel for our creators to show themselves.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for supporting the management of LIVE creators on (COMPANY NAME) LIVE. Through effective communication with creators and data analysis, you will deeply understand their needs and challenges, and provide growth opportunities.
-Management of creators' LIVE streaming activities
-Planning and implementing workshops and seminars for creators
-Formulating strategies for creator acquisition, community growth, and engagement based on market and competition research
-Managing goals and KPIs and conducting data analysis
-Planning and executing other related initiatives

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
-Work at the Tokyo office
-Proficient level in Japanese and English
-Strong interest in entertainment
-Ability to catch new trends and generate innovative content ideas
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in an international and diverse environment

Preferred Qualifications
-Internship experience
-Knowledge or experience in data analysis or statistics
-Business-level proficiency in Chinese.
