Thesis topic: "Self-Short Circuit Detection and Protection"

You will join a team of experts to write your thesis and improve your expertise in the field. You will work on defining a fully integrated solution in a gate driver architecture, able to self-detect short circuit events in an inverter leg.

During this experience, you will:

* Be exposed to the architecture definition, design, and layout of a solution for self-short circuit detection and protection;
* Work on the design of a fully integrated solution in HVIC technology;
* Collaborate with a team of expert engineers;
* Be part of a high-tech and international company;
* Receive guidance and feedback from your tutor

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

You are a team player, with good communication skills and eager to improve your knowledge. You have a proactive and motivated personality that allows you to work independently and take initiative.

You are best equipped for this role if you:

* Are pursuing a Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, with a specialization in Microelectronics, or a similar field;
* Have some experience with microelectronics simulators;
* Have basic knowledge of microelectronics and circuit design;
* Have basic knowledge of semiconductor physics;
