Social Media & E-Commerce Assistant (Internship) in Paris

(COMPANY NAME) is a Paris-based textile startup collaborating with major fashion brands worldwide to create luxury and haute couture fabrics. We're excited to offer a 3-month internship opportunity for a motivated and creative Social Media & E-commerce Assistant to join our team for an exciting internship.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
* Manage our Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest accounts.
* Create and schedule engaging content, including daily stories and posts
* Actively engage with followers and build our online community.
Email Marketing:
* Design and execute email campaigns to promote products and engage with customers.
Shopify Management:
* Upload new products to our Shopify store.
* Write compelling product descriptions and optimize listings for SEO.
Client Communication:
* Answer client emails and handle inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Follow up with clients on orders and shipments, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Pitch new clients and build strong relationships.
Paid Ads Management (a plus):
* Support the management of META (Facebook & Instagram) and Pinterest paid ads.
* Assist in traffic acquisition and conversion strategies, including paid search, social media, influence marketing, and CRM.
Reporting & Analysis:
* Conduct weekly performance analysis and create detailed reports.
* Perform competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. What We're Looking For:
* A student in Business, Fashion Business, or a related field.
* Fluency in English and French (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
* Strong knowledge and interest in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).
* Experience with Shopify or a willingness to learn.
* Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Flodesk) and basic knowledge of paid advertising is a big plus.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
