Talent Investor Intern

As an intern in the Paris team, you'll be responsible for driving investments in exceptional individuals and maximizing their outcomes as founders in the EF program.

1. Own the founder experience
Our founders and candidates are our first customers. You'll be the architect of their journey, supporting them at every step-from application through to securing EF's initial investment. With direct exposure and impact, your mission is to ensure a seamless, memorable experience for the founders and make every touchpoint remarkable.

2. Find hidden gems
As a Talent Investor intern, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to identify hidden potential-exceptional talent is often found where others don't look. You'll help build and test creative strategies to find "non-obviously exceptional" founder talent. This will involve identifying and diving into talent-dense communities (we call these "talent clusters") and exploring potential signals of exceptionalism (e.g. looking for winners of competitive prizes or scholarships).

3. Cultivate key relationships with nodes
Building deep relationships with influential nodes within talent clusters is key to our strategy. You'll identify and connect with key individuals-whether they're university professors, leaders of cutting-edge societies, or tech experts. Your role will be to support the team in developing partnerships that open doors to untapped talent.

4. Deliver world-class events
From hackathons to exclusive talks with tech pioneers (Meta, Hugging Face, and more), you'll be responsible for organizing and executing world-class events. These aren't just learning opportunities-they're chances to get inspired by some of the most forward-thinking minds of our time. Your goal: flawless execution and unforgettable experiences.

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

You should:
* Have a strong academic record
* Have a deep interest for technology, startups and venture capital
* Be intellectually curious
* Have already interned at a top tier company or startup
* Be French native and be fluent in English (C1/C2 Level)
* Have outstanding organizational skills

You should also:
* Excel with process and people, be strategic but enjoy getting your hands dirty and want a fast paced role
* Be an expert problem solver who thinks on their feet
* Have high EQ and enjoy working with people
* Have a strong growth mindset and actively seek ownership
* Be a strong communicator
* Be very comfortable with managing competing priorities
