As part of the Marketing Department in a context of business growth and transformation at Guerlain, you will play an active role in analysing business performance, calibrating launches, the product catalogue and promotions for the 3 business lines, and will ensure that the strategic ambitions of each line are translated into point of sale/online.
As a student with 4 or 5 years' higher education in business, engineering, or equivalent, you ideally have some initial work experience in marketing project management (experience in the luxury or beauty sectors is a plus). Your organisational skills enable you to rigorously manage priorities and different tasks simultaneously, while remaining proactive and committed. Enthusiastic and inquisitive by nature, you are known for your teamwork abilities, caring attitude, humility, good interpersonal skills, and adaptability. You have a strong appetite for assignments with an analytical dimension, essential to the 360° vision of your projects, and possess good summarising skills. You are fluent in English and have a good command of the Office pack (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). This contract internship is available from July 2025, for a period of 6 months.
