Description -

The qualified international intern should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:

* Participate and support vehicle project management team

* Support activity planning and steering of quality management

* Assist with the preparation of recurring reports and other back-office duties

* Support project leaders and steerers on following activities:

* IPQ / DCT / IQI / PQM KPI reporting

* Organization of supplier / QMT / project meetings

* Process document updates and reporting

* Plant, purchasing and supplier meetings

* Generate protocols of project and quality meetings

* Update and track project report

* Quality control and sorting actions

* Optimize internal project management processes and tools

* Update & maintain group intranet and confluence site

* Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

* Technical degree student preferred (ME, IE, Supply Chain or related), junior or higher level

* Problem solving

* Quality and project management

* Analytical

* Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint

* Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on the US grading scale

* Must be enrolled at a university outside of the United States.

* Must have completed a prior BMW internship of at least 3 months in length.

* Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).

* Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.

* Work term dates are from September 22, 2025 to March 26, 2026.
