The Discovery Program is a two-day immersive event which allows students to experience what it means to be at (COMPANY NAME) firsthand in addition to being assessed for Summer 2026 Internships opportunities. This program seeks to attract and develop high-achieving individuals from all backgrounds including, but not limited to those who self-identify as: female, LGBTQ+, military veteran, disabled, first-generation college student, Black, Hispanic/Latinx, and/or Native American students. However, all sophomores, regardless of background, who are interested in exploring opportunities at (COMPANY NAME) are encouraged to apply.

(COMPANY NAME) US Consumer Bank is one of the fastest-growing top 10 credit card issuers and online banks in the United States. We create customized, co-branded credit card programs for some of the country's most successful travel, entertainment, retail, and affinity institutions. We enable clients and consumers to make payments and spend with credit cards. Our business powers merchants to take payments, manage their own spend and provide point of sale finance to their customers. We do all of this by creating innovative solutions that meet the ever-evolving needs of our clients and the digital world.

What you can expect

Program Dates: February 05th - 06th, 2025
* Join seminars and workshops, where you'll learn about financial services, your chosen business area, the recruitment process and (COMPANY NAME) as an employer.
* Participate in specific breakout sessions for your business area, where you'll gain insights of what you can expect from the Summer Internship in 2026.
* Build your understanding of the assessment process and next steps
* Connect with people from across our business, including current graduates who have already made the journey that you are starting out on.
* Attend dedicated networking sessions with senior leaders and graduates aligned to your chosen business area
* Explore the various (COMPANY NAME) D&I networks.
* On the 2nd day of the program, you can be assessed for the 2026 summer internship by taking part in 2 interviews.

What we look for
* You have a GPA of 3.2 or above
* You are Sophomore graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
* You can be studying any degree discipline.
* You are curious to understand how a global bank adapts in a constantly evolving environment.
