Are you ready to work with a truly international team and be part of an exciting program driving the digital transformation in the Human Resource (HR) department for Siemens Energy?
Welcome to our project, where we are transforming HR processes in more than 50 countries.
You will be part of the project team that will implement world leader software solutions in several countries.
Support project team will be your main duty. You will work closely with project managers and participate in project calls. While most of the team has their heads down on their project, and the management team are busy with the wider picture, often it will be you who spots the opportunities or emerging issues that we need to focus on next.
Project activities will include as example:
* Help on planning of all project activities according to the project charter.
* Collect, analyze, and document business requirements.
* Create test scenarios and testing.
* Data migration, data cleaning and data management activities, ...
* Coordinate team logistics, organization of key meetings, follow-ups…
* Maintain project knowledge base in SharePoint. Create and maintain documentation.
In some cases, interim solutions will be required to ensure project goals. We expect your contribution to:
* Investigate and find solutions for issues that may appear during the project.
* Maintain interim solutions (e.g. monitoring system integrations)
What you need to make a difference
Passion and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
* Experience or education in a research or data driven field such as economics, business, mathematics, engineering, computers, etc.
* English is the working language in Siemens Energy, therefore fluency in written and spoken English is required. Fluency in other languages will be appreciated.
* Able to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team. Ability to successfully interact with individuals of different cultural backgrounds and beliefs, which includes willingness to try and understand and be tolerant of differing opinions and views.
* Flexible and able to contribute to multiple tasks simultaneously, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred:
* Fearless to technology and be computer literate in standard software applications, especially in the Microsoft Office platform.
* Comfortable managing complexity, ambiguity and change.
* Solid methodical, able to understand conceptual ideas and represent them with schemas or draws
