The internship will serve on the Training & Education team

The functions to be performed corresponding to the offered internship are:

* Coordinate the availability of placement dates across multiple Centers of Excellence.
* Collaborate with countries to promote center expertise and match HCPs based on their learning needs.
* Manage the placement process for HCPs, ensuring smooth communication and logistics between centers and visiting professionals.
* Maintain organized records of placements, schedules, and related communications.

Minimum knowledge:
* High level of English (Reading: Level C1) / Writing: Level C1 / Conversation: Level C1)
* Office (Advanced): Word, Excel and Power Point

Previous experience: Not required

Minimum Studies: Degree

Skills:
* Organizational Ability: Excellent time management and organization skills to handle scheduling and record-keeping efficiently.
* Tracking and Coordination: Detail-oriented with solid tracking skills to manage multiple dates, centers, and HCP requirements.
* Teamwork: Proven ability
* y to work collaboratively within a multicultural team environment, supporting cross-functional needs and goals.
* This internship is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to gain experience in international healthcare placements and coordination.
* Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with multinational teams, centers, and HCPs.

Additional Information:
* Internship agreement with university / business school needed
* Duration: 12 months average (max. 18 months)
* Full time
* Schedule: flexible 7:30-10_00 to 16:00-18:30. Fridays and summer months intensive day
* Office onsite: minimum 2 days/week
* Study allowance EUR900 gross/month + Meal allowance (Ticket restaurant)
* Location: Madrid, Spain
