WSP in the Middle East is seeking for a talented and passionate Emirati Graduate Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical) to join our team in Sharjah.

This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to start their professional journey with hands-on experience, mentoring, and exposure to exciting projects in various engineering fields.

Your new role, what's involved?

* Assist in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical/electrical systems and projects.
* Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze and solve technical issues in mechanical/electrical engineering.
* Participate in the preparation of technical reports, documentation, and project plans.
* Contribute to the testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical/electrical equipment and systems.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and compliance with technical standards.
* Support the preparation and review of project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
* Gain exposure to various stages of project development, from conceptual design to final execution.
* Maintain a focus on safety, quality, and sustainability in all engineering activities.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering (or related fields).
* Prior internship or project experience in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field is preferred, ideally within a similar industry (engineering consultancy, construction, manufacturing, etc.).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
* Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and engineering best practices.
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
