Descripción del puesto:
In your new role you will:
* Handle SAP registration and support CQM on FAR case. closure for customer FARs
* Arrange FA sample delivery; monitoring the status
* Support the QSC (Quality Service Center) related activities
* Follow up FAR handling progress and TAT until completion
* Once receiving final FA reports, do result validation with team members
* Dispatch FA reports to corresponding customers after result validation is done
* Support the admin related activities
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
* Present at least 4 days per week
* Internship can maintain about 6 months
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to read and write in English
* Attention to details
