Position Summary
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Intern based at our Montreal Location for the months of May to August 2025. You will gain valuable practical knowledge and experience in various functional aspects of Marketing.
A day in the life of a Trade Marketing Intern
As a Trade Marketing Intern you will be working on various projects to improve the Nespresso experience with consumers & prospects both online and offline.
* Support in creating and managing digital marketing content for trade channels, including product descriptions, promotional materials, and digital assets.
* Support the coordination of digital marketing campaigns for trade partners such as online promotions
* Develop marketing materials for several retailers
* Help to develop and execute national acquisition campaigns for trade partners (including briefing for Back to School, Black Friday and Year End Promotions)
* Increase brand presence in-store and online on retailer's websites
* Create brand pages for retailers to increase brand awareness in all channels
* Coordinate with the national sales and field teams to manage a variety incoming marketing visibility requests
* Support new machine launches in trade
* Help plan events to celebrate machine launches in trade
* Work closely with Key Account Managers to ensure strategy alignment
* Drive concept development as 'best-in-class' material; develop new and innovative ideas
* Implement brand strategy and maintain brand identity & guidelines agencies to name but a few.
What will make you successful?
As the successful candidate, will be the champion for the brand throughout the organisation so you will need to be passionate, tenacious, results focused and really enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. You will already have great project management and analytical skills coupled with your highly organised, conscientious approach. You will also:
* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with an emphasis in Marketing, Brand Management or Marketing Communications.
* Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market and/or worldwide.
* Involvement in extracurricular activities which demonstrate initiative and leadership.
* Experience with Digital marketing strategy is an asset.
* A results and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills.
* A proactive creative thinker who can generate new ideas/solutions to meet internal and external requirements.
* Have the ability to build great relationships with internal stakeholders from various backgrounds and work collaboratively on multiple projects.
* Have strong interpersonal skills with exceptional verbal communication skills.
* Strong computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
* Be able to showcase excellent communication and project management skills.
