We are seeking a talented individual to join our Canada Strategic Bid Centre team at Mercer. This role will be based in Toronto. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

What can you expect?
We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic self-starter to our Toronto team! This role will support operational requirements across our national Strategic Bid Centre, driving results through new RFP identification, ongoing content management, and sales analytics. The successful candidate will have exposure to our Canadian Leadership Team as they support our broader commercial and bid centre reporting and strategic initiatives. We will also look to this individual to support local office events, having a direct impact on business development in our Toronto market.

We will count on you to:
* Proactively monitor the RFP mailbox and bid platforms to ensure prompt engagement with market opportunities, while responding to emails in both English and French.
* Oversee content management platform for RFP responses in both English and French to enhance reporting clarity and integrate best practices within the proposal project management system
* Assist in sales analytics for the broader Commercial organization to report on sales data, win rates, and other leadership reporting needs
* Provide support to the Toronto Office Leader in executing activities and events to enhance market visibility and colleague engagement
* Support broader Commercial strategic initiatives as needed

What you need to have:
* Bilingual in French and English both written and verbal (note: interviews will be conducted in both English and French)
* Graduating with a bachelor's degree in any field between December 2024 - May 2025
* Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Excel and others MS-Office software programs
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail
* Ability to work in teams and be flexible to work under tight deadlines and changing client needs
* Intellectual curiosity, seeking opportunities to develop new skills

* Previous work-related experience obtained during internships or co-op work terms
* Demonstrated academic excellence with a minimum GPA of 3.0
* Involvement in extra-curricular activities/clubs preferred
