Position Start date: May 12th, 2025 (1 year contract)
We are looking for Professional Experience Year (PEY) candidates who are committed to developing their careers with Labatt in the future and interested in joining a dynamic sales team. This could lead you to an opportunity to join us full-time after you graduate!

As a Sales Management PEY Student, you will:
* Be strategically placed in any area within our Sales function, including Sales Intelligence, Customer Connections, Go To Market, or Category Management.
* Take ownership of a strategic project that directly contributes to driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
* Learn how to report and forecast as part of a commercial operating model
* Focus on data quality and integration of various algorithms in the sales function
* Gain a deep understanding of each aspect of the Sales function by working closely with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across various sales groups.
* Build and deliver a compelling final presentation of your project to Canada's Senior Leadership team, showcasing your strategic insights and the impact of your work.

Requirements:
* You are in your 3rd year of a degree in a field such as Engineering, Business, Statistics, economics, or a related field
* Eligible to participate in a Professional Experience Year (May 2025 - May 2026)
* Bilingualism is an asset (Required in Quebec)
* Can Legally work in Canada
* Reporting or forecasting experience is an asset
* Experience with algorithm implementation is an asset
