· Enrolled student in business administration or communications
· Curiosity in various IT topics and interest to make these attractive for our non-IT native audience
· Excellent MS Office knowledge
· Experience in video editing is a win
· Working on-site at our headquarters as remote work is not possible for this position
· Fluent in English
· Starting date: 01.10.2024 or later; duration: 6 months

Your Mission

Your Mission:
· Improve the look and feel of IT Infrastructure communication to the end user
· Support development of communication, adoption and rollout campaigns in IT landscape
· Creation of videos, flyers and one-pagers for various IT Infrastructure services
· Developing training materials
· Preparations of go-lives, presentations and reports
· Standardize IT Infrastructure documentation and operation guides
· Collaboration in IT projects
