If so, we'd like you to join our team as an Operations Leadership Trainee. \n\n\n \n\n\nAbout the Role: \n\n\n\n You will: \n\n\n\n\nParticipate in hands-on training and day-to-day mentoring to learn and master all profit center jobs and develop the necessary skills for a leadership role within the Profit Center. \n\n\nActively pursue opportunities to learn each aspect of the business and why it's important. \n\n\nLead by example. Trainees are future Hajoca Managers and should act like it every day. \n\n\nEffectively listen, communicate, influence and persuade customers, teammates & vendors. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMeet all training goals and timelines. \n\n\nMaster every job position and demonstrate operational excellence in all areas.\n\n\nAcquire comprehensive product knowledge.\n\n\nAssume as much responsibility as possible and demonstrate leadership ability. \n\n\nMake a difference by impacting the Profit Center in a positive way through daily work and business projects. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLoad and unload trucks, operate warehouse forklift and other material handling equipment safely.\n\n\nConfidently assist customers who purchase and/or pick up merchandise at the Profit Center.\n\nSuccessfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.\n\n\n\nPerform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required. \n\n\n\n\n \n\n\nAbout You: \n\n\n\n\nCollege degree or equivalent industry experience \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nExperience in customer service, sales, management, or leadership roles.\n\nValid Driver's License \n\n\n\n \n\n\nOur ideal candidate will also: \n\n\n\n\nDemonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTake initiative and demonstrate leadership qualities.\n\n\nBe able to learn how to use and operate applicable computer hardware and software systems (Solar Eclipse, Mincron) used to process orders.\n\n\nBe able to use Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) to communicate via email and to maintain weekly sales plans, call reports and customer contact files, and to analyze customer data.\n\n\nPossesses excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills, and be able to persuade.\n\n\nBe able to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, teammates, vendors, and co-workers. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBe able to quickly develop a comprehensive knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center\n\n\nBe able to learn to operate warehouse material-handling equipment.\n\n\nRead, write, speak, and understand English.\n\nBe able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.\n\n\n\n
