Apprentice D&T Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
* Project Support: Provide administrative and project management support for various IS projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and tracking project progress.
* Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new projects and enhancements.
* Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends and insights that support business decisions.
* Documentation: Help in creating and maintaining detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
* Testing and Validation: Participate in system testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
* User Support: Assist in providing support to end-users for system-related issues and inquiries.

You Bring
* Education: Recently completed a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
* Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of information systems, databases, and software development lifecycle. Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and data visualization tools is a plus.
* Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.
* Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
