What you'll do

* Preparing KPI reports for (COMPANY NAME) outsource employees and analyzing their results according to determined targets.
* Analysing the results and taking necessary actions if necessary
* Calculating the earnings of frontline employees according to targets
* Working close with Cops Operational managent team and reporting team to define all KPIs to provide best customer experience & operational exellence
* Working with the relevant teams and depositing the amounts to the employees

Who you are

* Consolidation and preparing COPS reports
* To conduct basic KPI and financial analysis
* To make what if analysis within score card targets.
* To perform basic statistical analyses for projects and reports
* To prepare Exco review presentations
* To define project goal, scope and deliverables. Manage resources and budgets
* To guide to call center management team by KPI realizations
* To support COPS app by providing necessary reports
* To implement the COPS reports into COPS app.
